Senator Karnes moved to amend the bill on page eight, section eight, line fifteen, by striking out the words “One year” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Two years”;

On page eight, section ten, line four, by striking out the words “six months” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “one year”;

And,

On page nine, section twelve, line five, by striking out the words “six months” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “one year”.
